Hello Friends!
It has been a while since I have posted a blog, I am going to try to provide them more frequently. Let me know if there are topics you would like more specifics on.
As we all transition in our awakenings and flow through Feminine & Masculine energy cycles it is important, we learn to identify and communicate our feelings to coworkers, friends, family and especially partners. This can be challenging when many of us have been limited since a young age in identifying our feelings and the subtle differences within them. Below is a list I have pulled together from multiple online sources and my own favorites. A reminder it is completely normal and healthy to experience two emotions at once and often times those emotions have another meaning all together. For example, one could feel joy & trust which might be better defined as love. We may also experience grief and loneliness which could be more so identified as depression. Anger & anticipation which might be better defined as aggression. Love & Lust are common emotions we experience simultaneously as are love & confusion or apathy.
I encourage you to go down the following list of 191 feelings and use it to identify your current feelings and aid you in communicating that to others. The more varied our language capacity the more we are able to express ourselves and better understand what others are attempting to express to us.

A reminder you can find me on Instagram as Gingermamaaa and on Tik Tok at GingermamaaaLLC (my original account has been paused since October 2022). I'm always here to aid you anywhere you are on your journey! Identifying our feelings is always one of the most important steps but articulating that can be incredibly challenging for some of us. Keep going, trial and error is how we learn and grow. Avoiding will only leave us isolated and left out.
